This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on coordinating service requests, managing RMAs, and maintaining strong communication between customers and our internal teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is confident working across departments, and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to their work.
What will you do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming service and repair requests
  • Issue RMA numbers and instructions, track returns, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Log and manage service workflows using SAP, ensuring accuracy and visibility across departments
  • Coordinate closely with service technicians, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and warehouse staff to align on priorities and timelines
  • Support field service scheduling and equipment dispatch
  • Share service updates, including images or videos, to help troubleshoot and document product issues
  • Monitor open cases and ensure timely resolution while identifying process improvements along the way
What do we expect
  • 3–5 years in a service coordination, technical support, or customer-facing operations role
  • Strong understanding of RMA workflows and customer service best practices
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple open items
  • Clear, professional communicator—comfortable interacting with both internal teams and customers
  • Familiarity with technical equipment or repair logistics is a plus
  • Bonus points for mechanical aptitude or experience using service videos as part of customer support
Our offer
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Paid training in advanced GPR/NDT equipment handling

  • Generous PTO, paid holidays

  • Long-term growth potential

  • A highly collaborative and supportive work environment
