About Us:

Screening Eagle USA is a leading provider of GPR (Ground-Penetrating Radar) and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) solutions, serving clients in the construction, infrastructure, and engineering industries. We’re growing fast and are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our equipment logistics, inventory, and shipping/receiving processes.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our warehouse's day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow with a technology-forward company. You’ll handle equipment used in field inspections, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper care and calibration of high-value technical gear.

What will you do

Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment and materials.
Pack, prepare, and ship orders and demo equipment to internal and external customers.
Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
Perform basic function checks and routine cleaning on GPR/NDT devices before deployment.
Organize warehouse layout for optimal flow and storage.
Assist with logistics for demos, repairs, and service returns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and logistics.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What do we expect

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
Basic computer skills: experience with inventory software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working around sensitive electronic equipment.
Dangerous Goods Training is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
