About Us:
Screening Eagle USA is a leading provider of GPR (Ground-Penetrating Radar) and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) solutions, serving clients in the construction, infrastructure, and engineering industries. We’re growing fast and are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our equipment logistics, inventory, and shipping/receiving processes.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our warehouse's day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow with a technology-forward company. You’ll handle equipment used in field inspections, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper care and calibration of high-value technical gear.
What will you do
  • Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment and materials.
  • Pack, prepare, and ship orders and demo equipment to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
  • Perform basic function checks and routine cleaning on GPR/NDT devices before deployment.
  • Organize warehouse layout for optimal flow and storage.
  • Assist with logistics for demos, repairs, and service returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and logistics.
  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What do we expect
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills: experience with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working around sensitive electronic equipment.
  • Dangerous Goods Training is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
