Intro
Screening Eagle Technologies is a merger of two companies that were founded and funded by Tectus Group: Dreamlab, a Singapore-based software and robotics company that was founded in 2015; and Proceq, a Swiss-based non-destructive testing (NDT) company that was founded in 1954. We operate world-wide with 300 ambitious Eagles.
 
We seek an experienced Global Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, execution and optimization of our global digital presence across multiple platforms and regions. Your goal is to drive engagement, generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI thorough integrated digital marketing initiatives.
What will you do
  • Website & CMS management:
    1. Manage and continuously improve global websites (Pimcore CMS) and digital platforms such as the Partner Portal.
    2. Implement UX enhancements and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • HubSpot operations:
    1. Execute and optimize email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, automation and performance analytics in HubSpot.
    2. Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, CRM and other MarTech platforms.
  • Digital Advertising:
    1. Plan, execute and manage paid digital campaigns  on Google Ads, Meta (Instagram) and LinkedIn targeting global audiences.
    2. Optimize ad performance, manage budgets effectively and deliver actionable reports on campaign KPIs and ROI.
  • SEO & Content:
    1. Lead technical SO efforts and develop keyword strategies to improve organic visibility.
    2. Oversee content localization using Lokalise to ensure regional relevance and consistency across markets.
  • Localization Management:
    1. Coordinate multilingual content workflows (Lokalise and HubSpot/Pimcore)
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    1. Monitor and analyse digital performance across channels using GA4, HubSpot and other tools.
    2. Report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC.
What do we expect
  • Education: minimum bachelor in media, digital tech, marketing communication and relevant fields.
  • 5+ year in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years hands-on HubSpot experience (certifications preferred) and CMS.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). 
  • Travel: minimal travel required; depends on business needs and management assignments.
  • Expertise in marketing tools:
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns
    • Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush
    • Familiarity with GA4, CMS (preferable Pimcore)
    • Basic technology knowledge: HTML/CSS
  • Global mindset: experience managing multi-region campaigns.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis.
