Service Coordinator

Intro
We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team in the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) industry. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and RMA coordination, who can confidently manage service workflows, collaborate across teams, and communicate with professionalism and urgency.
What will you do
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries, service requests, and equipment repairs.
  • Process and manage RMA requests from start to finish, issue RMA numbers, handle forms, provide shipping instructions, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with field technicians, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), warehouse staff, and technical support to coordinate repairs and service dispatches.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in SAP, including service records, shipping info, and communication logs.
  • Support continuous process improvements in service workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Occasionally assist with sharing service videos or visual documentation to support troubleshooting and transparency with customers.
What do we expect
  • 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or RMA roles.
  • Proficient with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Plus: mechanical aptitude, experience with technical products, or familiarity with service documentation (e.g., video support, manuals).
