Marketing Manager EMEA

What will you do
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth in the EMEA region.
  • Plan and execute cost-efficient events, maintaining an updated events calendar for the sales and management team.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and messaging, and plan regional marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Initiate marketing annual budget for EMEA region, track and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare monthly reports for senior management, and work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
What do we expect
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language: Preferred multilingual, English and German are must, French/Italian/Spanish will be a plus.

Experience:            
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Event Planning: Experience in planning and executing cost-efficient events, and maintaining an               updated events calendar.

  • Campaign Management: Proficiency in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
  • Market Research: Skills in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Relationship Management: Experience in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Sales Support: Ability to work closely with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Reporting: Experience in preparing detailed monthly reports on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and insights for senior management.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
