Intro
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various global marketing activities, including campaign management, content creation, and market intelligence gathering. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple international projects, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and contribute to the overall global marketing strategy.
What will you do
1. Marketing Intelligence
  • Conduct market research to identify global trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Gather and analyze data from various regions to inform global marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on global market insights and campaign performance.
2. Campaign Management
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Coordinate with international teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization across different regions.
3. Content Creation
  • Develop engaging content for global marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the global design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with global brand guidelines and messaging.
4. Project Coordination
  • Manage global marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various international departments to gather necessary information and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a detailed global project calendar and track progress against deadlines.
5. Administrative Support
  • Assist in processing invoices.
  • Maintain global marketing databases and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the global marketing team.
  • Other assignments by Marketing management.
What do we expect
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or a related role.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
