App Product Marketing Manager

Intro
The App Product Marketing Manager is based in Singapore and responsible for marketing, pricing and optimising an intelligent asset management and inspection software. The role requires a specialist with a diverse set of skills and responsibilities across marketing, business strategy and product development.
 
This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking to focus on maximising the app's revenue potential while ensuring a positive user experience.
What will you do
1. Go-to-Market Strategy and Community Building 
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new users to the app.
  • Plan and execute impactful app launches on platforms such as Product Hunt and LinkedIn.
  • Strategise ways to increase the app's visibility and downloads through organic search and getting the app listed on software review platforms such as G2, Capterra, Trustpilot etc.
  • Work on the marketing website, social media campaigns and leveraging industry influencers to build a brand following for the product.
 
2. Optimisation and Analysis
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics to track user behaviour, engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of the marketing website and the app to optimise user acquisition, retention and conversion.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance app profitability.
  • Collaborate with design and development team to identify opportunities within the app to improve user retention and conversion.
 
3. Pricing Strategy
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and user data to set and adjust the app pricing.
  • Develop and test various pricing models to determine the most effective strategy. 
 
4. Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure the app complies with app store guidelines and best practices.
  • Stay updated with changes in government regulations, app store policies, consumer trends and technology advancements.
What do we expect
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in successful app or feature Go-to-Market launches, digital marketing and product management.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience implementing various growth hack strategies for an app or feature. 
  • Creativity and innovative thinking in digital marketing and monetisation strategies for software products 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with the Product-led Growth methodology in growing a product sustainably. 
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms, and app store optimisation.
  • Knowledge in best practices for good user experience
